Every Qirat style has its own rules and recitation style which is slightly different from the others. Each Qirat style has been established after an authentication chain of Rawi. The people from different parts of the world love to learn the Quran according to their desire.

The ten Qirats are related to minute differences in the pronunciation of letters and Harkat. Although the style is slightly different but the meaning of the context remains the same. The Ten Qirat evolved due to different schools of thought of dialects of different tribes at the time of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H). The Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) himself listened and approved different styles of Qirat. The exalted angle Hazrat Jibraeel (A.S) himself taught seven different reciting styles to Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) upon his request.

Ibn ‘Abbaas reported that Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) once said;

“Jibreel recited the Qur’aan to me in one harf, and I recited it back to him, but I requested him to increase (the number of harf) and he continued to increase it for me, until we stopped at seven ahruf.”
